Q2: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

- Custom Watches: Starting from 10 piece (ideal for startup brands).
- Bulk Orders: Free mold-making service for orders of 300+ pieces.

II. Customization Services

Q3: What parts can be customized?

A: We support deep customization of the following components:
- Dial: Logo engraving/text printing
- Movement: Quartz or Mechanical
- Strap: Leather/Metal/Rubber, etc.
- Packaging: Exclusive gift box design

Q4: What is the production lead time for custom watches?

A:
- Standard Lead Time: 3-6 weeks (logistics time calculated from production completion date).
- Important Notice: Design modifications are not possible after production commences. Please confirm all details before placing your order.

Q5: What payment methods are accepted?

- Payment Methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay
- Settlement Currency: USD (United States Dollar), using dynamic exchange rates.
- Security: PCI-DSS compliant. Card data is encrypted and not stored.

Q6: Who is responsible for taxes and duties?

- All import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility (recipient must provide documents for customs clearance).
- We recommend checking destination country rates in advance (e.g., EU VAT, US tariffs).

- Shipping Variables:
  • Product + Packaging Weight (Mechanical: ≈0.8kg/pc, Quartz: ≈0.5kg/pc)
  • Destination Country
  • Insurance Requirements (Recommended for watches ≥$1000)
- Cost Confirmation: Invoice with exact shipping cost sent via email after order submission. Carrier change supported.
