1. Shipping Services & Methods

  • Non-custom watches: Shipped via DHL/UPS/FedEx priority service with global coverage (orders exceeding 1 cubic meter may be converted to sea freight).
  • Custom watches: As each piece requires independent production, shipping arrangements will be confirmed before dispatch (default: DHL/UPS air freight). Special-sized or material-specific products may receive dedicated logistics solutions.
  • Safety commitment: All watches are packaged professionally with shockproof and waterproof materials. High-value models are automatically insured for transit.

3. Freight Policy

  • Billing Advantages:
    • Weight-tiered pricing: Ordering multiple watches qualifies for decreasing unit shipping costs (e.g., shipping 5 watches reduces unit cost by over 30% compared to single pieces).
    • International express partnerships: 30% discount on EMS, exclusive member rates with DHL/UPS.
  • Freight Variables:
    • Product weight including packaging (approx. 0.5kg for mechanical watches, 0.3kg for quartz watches)
    • Destination country
    • Insurance requirements (recommended for watches valued over $1000)
  • Freight Confirmation: Formal invoice with exact shipping costs will be emailed after order submission. Carrier changes or order cancellations are supported at this stage.

4. Special Terms

  • Custom Watch Terms:
    • Production cycle: 3-6 weeks (shipping timeline begins after production completion)
    • Return policy: Due to their custom nature, returns are only accepted for quality-related issues
  • Shipping Delay Resolution:
    • In cases of inventory shortages or customs inspections, solutions will be communicated via email with options to: change product model, pay difference for upgraded shipping, or cancel order
  • Customs Clearance Responsibility: Recipients must provide required documentation and are responsible for import taxes (recommended to consult destination country's tax regulations in advance)

5. Returns & After-Sales

    • Non-custom watches: Returns accepted within 7 days of receipt for unused items in original packaging
    • Custom watches: Returns only accepted for verified quality issues
  • Shipping Responsibility: Customers bear round-trip shipping costs for non-quality-related returns
