Watches100 Return & Refund Policy

I. Applicable Scenarios & Conditions for Returns

Defective Products 1. Report within 7 days after receipt
2. Provide photo/video evidence (time error > ±30 sec/day, dial scratches, etc.)

Non-quality issue inspection fees borne by customer; customized watches only accept returns for functional defects
Non-custom Watch No-Reason Return 1. Within 7 days after receipt
2. Unworn, no scratches, complete packaging & warranty card
1. Customer bears shipping cost
2. Return to designated warehouse
3. Refund after quality inspection
Opened products subject to 10% depreciation fee; not applicable to custom watches
Custom Watch Return Only for:
- Serious quality issues (requires authoritative report)
- Wrong item/serious description discrepancy
1. Pre-approve return reason
2. Return for quality inspection
3. Refund/remake after responsibility confirmed
Engraving/diamond setting non-refundable; non-quality issues subject to 50% material fee
High-Value Watch Return 1. Use original packaging + shockproof filling
2. Insured shipping (value ≥ $500)
Return address: (Contact sales@watches100.com for address) No compensation for damage caused by uninsured shipping

II. Refund Processing

  • Processing Time: Refund issued within 7 business days after quality inspection confirmation
  • Delay Note: Credit/debit card refunds may be delayed by 3-7 days
  • Non-refundable Fees: Shipping, insurance, and custom material fees

III. Non-Returnable Situations

  • Custom watches (engraved names, special materials/color customization)
  • Watch straps that have been adjusted or missing warranty card information
  • Human damage (impact, water damage, self-disassembly)
  • Exceeded return period (>7 days after receipt)

IV. Return Shipping Specifications

Requirements:

  • Only include brands sold by Watches100
  • Paste return label on outer box and take photo for record
  • Include insurance documents with the package

Review Time: Email response within 48 hours of return request

Service Hours: UTC+8 Monday to Friday 8:30-18:00

Note: This policy takes precedence over general return terms. In case of conflict, this policy shall prevail.

Warranty Supplement: Non-custom watches enjoy 30-day movement warranty (warranty card must be preserved, excludes appearance damage).
